Sunil NathanDriven by a passion for creating solutions that improve lives, Sunil has spent over 35 years founding businesses and consulting across diverse industries in the UK and Europe. His focus has always been on disruption and innovation – a drive that led him to co-found a property maintenance firm in 2019.
It was through this hands-on experience, immersed in the daily realities of repairs, tenant requests, and contractor coordination, that he truly grasped the inefficiencies plaguing the property maintenance industry. This "aha!" moment sparked the creation of FiXiFi.Ai. Sunil and his team aren't just building a platform; they're building a solution to the frustrations he witnessed first-hand.
FiXiFi.Ai is the culmination of his entrepreneurial journey, leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance communication, and bring much-needed efficiency to an industry ripe for change.
"I was consulting for a UK letting agent with a great brand looking to franchise their operations across the UK. While there were plenty of property management SaaS solutions available to streamline general management, there was nothing to solve the nightmare of property maintenance and repair management adequately. Despite further consultations with Proptech firms, a slick solution was nowhere to be found. All systems were labour-intensive and required significant staff training with little strategic or operational upside."
